What exactly is Charfsi?
Charfsi is a Chat Red Flag Simulator: you have a realistic WhatsApp conversation with an AI persona that can mimic different types of people. After the conversation you receive a personal report with insight into potential red flags and recommendations. This way you can practise safely before encountering similar situations in real life.
On which devices does Charfsi work?
Charfsi works on desktop, tablet and mobile. You use Charfsi in your browser – no app required. Whether you're on your laptop, tablet or smartphone, you can practise safely anywhere.
How long does a test take?
A conversation lasts a maximum of 20 minutes. You can also end the conversation earlier – your report will still be generated. There's no rush: you set the pace yourself.
How do I receive my report?
Report generation takes an average of 2 to 3 minutes – depending on the length of your conversation. After the conversation you can download the report directly (PDF, Word or HTML) on screen. You also receive it automatically by email. Only you have access – fully discreet and confidential.
What can I expect in my report?
Your report contains: (1) a summary with risk level – how many red flags were seen and what the overall risk is; (2) conversation analysis – insight into communication patterns, emotional dynamics and how the conversation went; (3) red flags explained – per warning sign what it means, why it stands out and what you can do with it; (4) practical recommendations – concrete tips and next steps, tailored to your conversation.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Charfsi works entirely in your browser. No download, no installation – you log in on the LIV website, buy credits and start right away. Works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Your conversations and reports are for you only. There are no shared profiles or social feeds. We handle your data carefully according to our privacy policy. What you practise stays private.
How do I buy credits?
Create a free account on the LIV website, log in to your dashboard and buy credits there. 1 credit = 1 test + report. You are only charged when you actually start a test – if you cancel before your first message, your credit stays.
